Guru Randhawa says he will NEVER perform in Canada again!

Guru Randhawa was attacked during the final leg of his tour in Vancouver, Canada by an unidentified assailant. The singer has updated fans via Twitter of his current condition…

According to reports, he was hit on the head from behind as he tried to exit Queen Elizabeth Theatre in downtown Vancouver, after his performance.

But in a recently released statement (presumably) made by his team, it has been made clear that the incident happened on Sunday, that the culprit was a Punjabi man known to the local promoter who attacked Guru as he was leaving the stage, punching him on his forehead just above his eyebrow.

Punjabi singer-actor Preet Harpal confirmed the incident via his Facebook page…

The Punjabi singing superstar is said to be currently out of danger. The people at the concert also said that the attacker was behaving in a very rowdy manner even while the singer was performing on stage.

Guru’s statement has also made mention of the fact that he “won’t ever perform in Canada for the rest of his life.”
