Ever since Swedish House Mafia trio performed at Ultra this spring, rumours of their reunion in 2019 have been all over the news.
For example, take Steve Angello’s announcement of a billboard advertisement. The duo used a billboard advertising to tease the return of Swedish House Mafia, which shows the ‘Dancing Alone’ artwork, followed by an error message along with the word “loading”, and then the Swedish House Mafia’s trademark white dots are shown.
This has made the world of dance music crazy! Everyone is eagerly waiting for this trio to be back together for a possible world tour.
The second assurance we get is from Dutch powerhouse Oliver Heldens, who let slip a confirmation of the group’s reunion and world tour while he was introducing a classic track in his Heldeep radio show.
“So, Swedish House Mafia have now officially reformed, and are announcing a World Tour in 2019. This week’s Heldeep classic was made in 2007 by two-thirds of Swedish House Mafia. This is Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso with Together.”
The trio hasn’t officially announced the world tour yet, but the constant rumours and sources tell us anything but.>
